Holiday Night Circus
Holiday Night Circus was brought to life and produce by Kayla Cook Events. For 2024, we transformed The Ruins in Seattle into an immersive “Night Circus” experience. The event was a lavish, four-hour celebration filled with whimsical décor, interactive entertainment, and theatrical surprises. From a hidden marquee entrance to roaming performers and themed spaces, every detail was designed to transport guests into a magical, unforgettable world.

Everyone loves a party with an unconventional theme, right? Kayla Cook Events designed a 1920’s Speakeasy holiday party that took guests back in time. Think flapper dresses, sexy cocktails, and mesmerizing entertainment. The event was designed to entertain, indulge, and allow guests to celebrate in person.
On August 12th, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Caliber Home Loans to curate a stylish and enjoyable evening. From welcome signature cocktails to hand-scooped ice cream, every detail was carefully crafted to ensure a memorable experience for all attendees.
Our event was held at The Woodmark Hotel, which provided the perfect setting for a summer evening event.
Seattle Chocolate's creative team dreamed up an extraordinary evening of multi-sensory magic, where chocolate serves as a catalyst for discovery and connection. Cocopop! featured interactive installations, live entertainment, and exclusive goodies, inviting you to indulge in a one-night-only chocolate wonderland where you can sip, savor, and make bold choices.

Since 2018, I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Northwest Event Show, producing large-scale in-person conferences and several digital experiences. Our attendee count has grown from 500 to over 2,000, and we are proud to continue leading the way in event conferences for professionals in the PNW region.
In 2018, I collaborated with Flame Productions to bring a unique VIP experience to life at the 2nd annual Upstream Music & Fest in Seattle, Washington. Our design was inspired by the trendy and eclectic vibe of Seattle, blending elements of a dive bar with a modern lounge atmosphere to create a space that was both functional and stylish.
